KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Tuesday afternoon, at approximately 12:15 p.m., Indiana State Police attempted to serve a felony arrest warrant for a female that was supposed to be staying at 400 Felt King Road, Apartment 5, in Twin Maples Apartment Complex, Vincennes.
The female was not found in the apartment, but troopers found drug paraphernalia and small amounts of meth in three separate locations throughout the apartment. Troopers arrested the tenants, Rachel Harris, 19, and Anna Russell, 27, and transported them to the Knox County Jail. Christopher Farley, 28, and Brandon Goble, 23, both of Washington, were also inside the apartment visiting.
Farley and Goble originally gave troopers false information concerning their identities. When troopers searched Goble they found two snort tubes containing a small amount of meth. They were both arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.

1. False Informing, Class A Misdemeanor
2. Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class B Felony
Brandon W. Goble, 23, Washington, IN
1. Possession of Meth, Class B Felony

3. Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class B Misdemeanor
