TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana's medical board will look over a complaint filed against one Terre Haute doctor on Thursday.

The board will consider what action to take against Doctor Henry Davis.

Indiana's Attorney General Gregg Zoeller accused Davis of over-prescribing his patients. The Attorney General's office and the Vigo County drug task force investigated this case.

They believe Davis prescribed controlled substances to his patients in quote "extremely high quantities."

He worked for Providence Medical Group in Terre Haute. In July, medical officials suspended Davis' license.
