Man pleads guilty to sex misconduct

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute man pleaded guilty to one felony charge of sexual misconduct with a minor and one misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy.

Craig Coterel was first arrested in January, accused of having sex with a 14 year old girl while he was 21.

On Tuesday, Coterel pleaded guilty to one charge of invasion of privacy for allegedly violating a court order.

Under an agreement with prosecutors, 26 other charges of privacy invasion would be dropped.

Sentencing for Coterel is set for July 17.
