PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana State Police detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division at the Putnamville Post have arrested a Coatesville man on multiple felony sexual allegations involving a minor.

The investigation concerning this victim continues and more charges are possible.

The investigation began on January 25, 2012, when the victim’s mother contacted the Putnam County Child Protective Services and made child molestation accusations against David L. Williams. Williams engaged in various sex acts with an eight year old female family member at his rural Coatesville home.

State police investigators served a search warrant at the rural Coatesville home this afternoon and several items of evidence believed to be related to the crimes were seized.
