Man arrested for touching 7 year old

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Vigo County man is has been arrested on child molestation charges.

Authorities arrested 38-year-old Charles Hancock Wednesday.

Investigators believe the man inappropriately touched a 7-year-old boy last spring.

Hancock told authorities he'd heard voices telling him to touch the child.

He had previously been convicted of Child Molestation in 2003.

Hancock is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $45,000 bond.
