Kean sentenced in 2012 Dugger shooting

SULLIVAN CO., Ind. (WTHI) - One Sullivan County, Ind. man pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempted Murder for shooting two people outside of a bar in Dugger, Ind. in 2012.

We originally covered this story in March 2012.

Timothy Kean had a dispute with another man and woman at the UpTown Tavern, exited the bar, retrieved his shotgun from his truck and proceeded to shoot Patrick Ruff and LeighAnn Lovelace.  Kean then shot at a passing vehicle driven by James Gardner .

Prosecutors originally charged Kean with three counts of Attempted Murder.

Kean will appear back in court February 1.
