JASPER CO., Ill. (WTHI) - Multiple Illinois law enforcement departments need your help with identifying an unknown male’s partial remains, found in Jasper County.
The Illinois State Police: Zone 7 Investigations Effingham, Jasper County Sheriff’s Department and the Jasper County Coroner’s Officer are requesting the publics help with the identification.
The unknown males partial remains were found in rural Jasper county on March 12, 2012. Due to the poor condition of the skeletal remains, the FBI had to recreate a facial mold by facial approximation specialists.
The image above is a computer generated approximation. The ISP would like to note that this is an approximation and should not be viewed as an exact photograph of the victim.
