BRAZIL, Ind. (WTHI) - The former Clerk-Treasurer of Brazil, Ind. will not go on trial as planned this week.
Authorities first charged Tracy Webster with felony counts of Forgery and Theft back in February 2011, after an audit by the state Board of Accounts found that Webster had mismanaged $20,000 of city funds.
Court records show that Webster’s trial was moved to Owen County and was set to begin October 1. Those same records show the trial was moved but do not indicate when a future trial would take place.
