Feds: Man sent white powder in mail

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Perrysville, Indiana man was arrested Thursday on federal charges he sent threatening mail to an insurance company.

David Naylor, 60, is accused of sending an envelope containing white powder to Mutual of Omaha insurance company in Nebraska, according to the indictment against him.

An FBI spokesperson told News 10 Naylor was arrested Wednesday with help from the Perrysville Marshal and the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities have not said what the white powder was.
