Duo faces meth, neglect charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Two Wabash Valley residents face charges after police say they dealt methamphetamine.

Police arrested Dina Newlin and Douglas Elkins Wednesday.

They face felony charges of Dealing Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Neglect of a Dependent.

Both are being held on $75,000 dollar bond.
