TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Tony Kuhn, 29, is described as a white male, 5-foot-10, weighs 195 pounds with brown hair, and blue eyes. He also has tattoos on his right and left arms.

Kuhn is wanted for three counts of forgery and two counts of theft.
