TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Anthony Hoolehan, 24, is described as a white male, 5-foot-8, weighs 140 pounds with black hair and green eyes. He also has a tattoo on his left arm.

Hoolehan is wanted for two counts of forgery and theft as well as failure to appear on theft.
