Crime Stoppers report for April 19, 2012

This week Crime Stoppers needs your help in tracking down a fugitive who has failed to register on the sex offender registry and is also wanted for parole violation.

According to court records, 27-year-old Abigayle Lynn Wills was convicted of Criminal Confinement of a 4-year -old in Montgomery County Indiana. Reports indicate that on January 26, 2009, Wills took a 4-year-old boy from a home where he was being watched by a sitter, after coaxing him with money. For nearly 10 hours police searched the area for Wills and the 4-year-old. Eventually they were located at 2:30 in the morning the next day. The 4-year-old was not harmed.

Wills was arrested and convicted of Criminal Confinement and sent to prison. Wills was released from prison in September of 2010 on parole and required to register as a child predator which she did.

But now, Wills has disappeared. 27-Year-Old Abigayle Wills is 5'5" tall and weighs 187 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She is wanted in Vigo County for Failure to Register, a Class D Felony and she is also wanted for Parole Violation.
