TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute woman pleaded guilty in a case that dates back to October of 2011.
Ashley Clarkson was first arrested when police said she fired a gun at several people outside her apartment complex in Terre Haute.
Monday in court, Clarkson pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and one count of Neglect of a Dependent.
Clarkson was credited with time served, and the remainder of her sentence was suspended.
She'll serve formal probation for two years and have to follow several other requirements.
