CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - The Clay County Sheriff's Department has made their first arrest in a weekend shooting.
The incident resulted in one man being taken to a local hospital.
Officers have arrested Tom Bromagen, of Poland, Ind., after reports said that he fired a rifle multiple times during a family altercation.
Police say some of those shots were aimed at a vehicle that was driven by the victim.
Bromagen is being charged with criminal recklessness and he's currently being held in the Clay County Jail on a $7,000 cash bond.
