SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - The man suspected of being behind a Sullivan County case of animal cruelty pleads not guilty Monday.
Joshua Patterson of Pleasantville had only his attorney appear in court on his behalf.
Patterson is facing 6 misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty after authorities found the remains of five dead dogs and two animals barley surviving.
A judge set a court date of July 16.
