TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - UPDATE: Michael Anthony Rickard turned himself into the court Wednesday morning. Rickard told officials he wanted to turn himself in after seeing himself featured on Crime Stoppers.
Michael Rickard, 31, is described as a white male, 6-feet tall, weighs 230 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He also has tattoos on his back, right arm, and left arm. He also has a scar on his face.
Rickard is wanted for criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury.
