TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - United States Attorney Joseph Hogsett said Heather Elkins, Charles Elkins, Jenny Torres, Jesse Padgett, Scott Griffy, and Brad Keller have all signed guilty pleas.
Police said Griffy supplied the weapon that Shaun Seeley used to shoot officer Brent Long on July 11.
Monday in court Griffy pleaded guilty to selling a gun to a known felon, as well as illegally possessing a gun, with a felony conviction.
Police believe Brad Keller supplied Griffy with that gun.
The other five had been charged with misinforming police the day of the shooting.
They all entered guilty pleas and are expected to plead guilty in upcoming hearings.
Roberta Utterback is the only one of the 7 indicted that did not enter a guilty plea.
Her trial date is scheduled for December 19 in Indianapolis.
No sentencing date has been set for the six who have pleaded guilty.
