April's Make a Difference winner

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - April's Make a Difference award winner is Ed Ping.

He has worked as a labor liaison for the United Way and participated in the National Letter Carriers Food Drive. Ping is also a Vigo County Councilman and continues to volunteer on numerous committees and boards.

"When somebody hits a high note, it's always good that a lot of other people hits the high note with you. I mean, it's not just about all of us and no matter what the situation is that's what I've always felt and what I've always believed," Ping said.
