Fatal tractor accident

CLAY CITY, IN (WTHI) - One person is dead following an accident involving a tractor.
The accident happened Monday evening near County Road 200 East and Country Road 550 South, near Clay City, Ind.
Police said John Wynn, 20, from Terre Haute, was reportedly being towed backward on the tractor when the blade on the back of the tractor got caught on a tree stump, flipping the tractor over into a pond.
Wynn was pinned underneath.
He was taken to St. Vincent Clay County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. An investigation continues.
