Truck stopped with unsafe food

CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana State Police cited a food truck driver for driving not in compliance with health department rules.
    
Troopers cited Dong Xie for having broken eggs in his truck and vegetables on the truck's floor.

It happened in Clay County, Indiana Thursday afternoon.
    
Clay County health officials seized the food and destroyed it.
    
Troopers say the man was heading for an Asian style restaurant in Terre Haute.
