March is National Nutrition Month

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - March is National Nutrition Month so it may be a good time to get fit.
Terre Haute Mayor Duke Bennett helped recognize the month during an event at Terre Haute's Regional Hospital on Tuesday.
He read a proclamation to help encourage folks to improve their health.
Each March, Terre Haute Regional Hospital celebrates National Nutritional Month to raise awareness.
They host different programs, including a 12-week weight reduction class, to help put this campaign into action.
