TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Honey Creek Mall is teaming up with 5R Processors, Ltd. of Ladysmith to help Terre Haute and the surrounding communities properly dispose of their household electronics equipment.
5R will be set up in the mall parking lot adjacent to Garfield’s on Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
They will be accepting old, obsolete and unwanted consumer electronics and home office equipment including: computers, monitors, laptops, printers, televisions, cell phones, microwaves and more.
Large household appliances, commercial appliances or office equipment and freon containing units are not being accepted.

The event is free and open to the public.
Additionally, 5R will be providing Department of Defense approved hard drive cleansing for only $10.
