Joe Astrouski has worked as a reporter and weather forecaster at WTHI since January 2011.
A native of Belleville, Ill., he came to News 10 from Eastern Illinois University where he worked as a reporter for WEIU-TV. During his time there, he also traveled extensively, covering the 2008 Presidential Primary for the Keene Equinox student newspaper in Keene, NH, studying in Dublin, Ireland, and visiting Japan and Korea on a journalism fellowship. He’s also a proud member of the White Castle Cravers Hall of Fame.
Joe enjoys fishing, hiking, gardening and cooking. He also enjoys the opportunity each day to meet the people that make the Wabash Valley a great place to call “home.”
