"well its very important i wouldn't be here if i felt like my life was in danger." for security..... the library has security cameras and nightly officers watching the facility. but next month the library will close down for the day so the staff can undergo active shooter training. "i'm completely for it we have to be prepared that this could happen. we are a public library that is open to everyone and we need to be refreshed." peg dawson has been working at the library of 4 years. of course her top priority is helping people who come in. but she is eager for this training to take place. "as we're hearing about some many of these incidents occurring throughout the united states and these different sized communities i think we'll feel better and i think it will make the public feels better as well just to know that we have this." as for greenlee he will continue to come to his favorite library. hes happy to know that everyone will be prepared no matter the situation.
